1. Service Description

Ruth is a web-based tool that analyzes public Instagram profiles and generates written verdicts and scores based on analysis of account content, including bios, posts, highlights, and tagged photos. Analysis is performed using AI vision models.

Each analysis is a one-time digital delivery. You receive five numerical scores (0–10), a written analysis, and a shareable 9:16 image card. Results are delivered instantly.

2. Payment and Pricing

The price is $9.99 USD per analysis. This is a one-time payment. We do not charge recurring fees or subscriptions.

Payment is processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice. Price changes do not apply to purchases already completed.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted by email to contact@ruthseesyou.com within 30 days of purchase.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the request. Once analysis has been completed and delivered, refunds may not be available.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ruth only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Analyze accounts for harassment, defamation, or harm
• Use the service to violate anyone's privacy or rights
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or rate limits
• Reverse-engineer or extract our models or data
• Use automation or bots to make multiple requests without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Ruth, including its design, text, code, and analysis methodology, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your self-ratings and any content you share.

By using Ruth, you grant us permission to analyze and process the Instagram account you specify. We do not store account data or analysis on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ruth is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of analysis or verdict text.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ruth.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Ruth after changes constitutes acceptance.
